Bouvier Tax & Financial Services, Inc. started in 1969 with a single client and has grown service many clients over the years. David  and his wife Vickie are the founders and principal officers. Both are Enrolled Agents and licensed to represent clients in all administrative matters before the Internal Revenue Service. They are also members of the Massachusetts Society  of Enrolled Agents (MaSEA), SCSEA South Carolina Society of Enrolled Agents, National Society of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).

David has his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bentley University. He is past president of the Massachusetts Society of Enrolled Agents, a graduate of the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) and is an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA).

Vickie holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Assumption College in Worcester, MA and is a member of the Delta Theta Chapter. She was employed for 32 years at Avidia Bank (formerly Westborough Bank), and retired in 2008 as a Senior Vice President. She is also a graduate of Massachusetts School for Financial Studies.
